Shipping policy

Processing time:

All orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated.

Domestic Shipping:

We offer complimentary insured U.S. shipping on qualifying orders. Orders may be shipped via USPS, UPS, or another insured carrier at our discretion.

Orders valued at $300 or more may require signature confirmation upon delivery.

International Shipping:

International customers are responsible for all customs duties, VAT, import taxes, and fees imposed by their destination country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
Girls Gone Vintage is not responsible for customs delays or additional import fees.

Insurance & Delivery:

All orders are carefully packaged and shipped with tracking.

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient. Customers are responsible for providing a secure delivery location.

Lost or Damaged Packages:

If a package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the carrier’s delivery scan or expected delivery date so that an insurance claim can be initiated.

Address Accuracy:

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. Orders returned due to an incorrect address may require additional shipping charges before reshipment.

Vintage Items:

Due to the nature of vintage and pre-owned luxury goods, minor signs of age and wear may be present. Please review all photographs and item descriptions carefully prior to purchase.
