Girls Gone Vintage specializes in vintage, pre-owned, and designer goods. Due to the nature of vintage items, signs of age, wear, repairs, alterations, or imperfections may be present. We make every effort to accurately photograph and describe each item.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all photographs, measurements, and descriptions prior to purchase.

Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Prices are subject to change without notice.

Order Acceptance

Girls Gone Vintage reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion, including orders suspected of fraud, unauthorized activity, pricing errors, or inventory discrepancies.

Payments

We accept major credit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay

Orders are not considered complete until payment has been successfully processed.

Shipping

Orders are shipped to the address provided during checkout. Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is accurate.

Orders may require signature confirmation and insurance at our discretion.

Delivery dates provided by carriers are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Girls Gone Vintage is not responsible for carrier delays, weather events, customs delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for customs duties, VAT, import taxes, brokerage fees, and any additional charges imposed by their destination country.

Returns & Refunds

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Due to the unique nature of vintage and luxury goods, we do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or order modifications.

Authenticity

All designer items are represented as authentic to the best of our knowledge and expertise.

Any authenticity concerns must be reported within 3 days of delivery and supported by documentation from a recognized third-party authentication service.

Girls Gone Vintage shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
